Skinner's Classic book, Continengencies of Reinforcement (1969).  Part I describes the concept of contingencies and their role in the causes of human behavior and various cultural practices.  PART II discusses the ontogenic and phylogenic variables that affect behavior and PART III examines how other popular theories, which appeal to mentalistic events, can be replaced by an analysis of reinforcement contingencies.  Paperback - good condition.
