This 1969  classic  is the rockbed of what is still called "social learning theory", which emphasizes the role of respondent and operant conditioning with particular consideration for modeling/imitation and vicarious reinforcement.  You don't have  full understanding of the complexity of behavior without an understanding of this book.  Hardbound in good shape.
